Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (EST)
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sunday)
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Saturday)
Shipping region: United States only
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States


Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have successfully received your order and that it is being prepared for processing.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday).

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are usually processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Processing times may vary during high demand periods, holidays, or due to unexpected circumstances.


Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday), depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

At this time, Wisemere ships exclusively within the United States, and all orders qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside our control, including shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions.


Delivery Delays

If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow an additional 3 business days for potential carrier delays.

If your order still has not been delivered after this period, please contact our customer support team with your order number, and we will investigate the situation as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:  info@wisemere.com

Orders may only be cancelled before processing has begun. Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • a brief description of the issue
